About this project
The owners wanted a proper en-suite next to their main bedroom, in a very small space. We built the new room onto the side of the house from the foundations up, roofed and plastered it, and added a new window.
Inside is a large walk-in shower with a rain shower, a pebble mosaic floor and feature strip, and black-framed sliding glass doors. A built-in tiled seat, a new vanity and a toilet complete the room, with the plumbing and electrical done as part of the job.
While we were there, we fixed and sealed the roof, extended the existing paving and painted the outside of the whole house, so the new bathroom blends in with the rest of the home.
★★★★★Amazing people to work with! I can't say enough positive things about Jacques, Wiehann & their teams!

Work done: New bathroom added to main bedroom in a very small space, new window added, added to existing paving, painted outside of complete house, roof fixed & sealed.
The very 1st thing that I was impressed with is the way the quote is set out. Easy to understand & even include allowances for all the stuff that is needed (tiles, taps, ect). This is so helpful to determine the complete cost of the project.
Reliable - on time every day, no guessing if & when they are coming;
Respectful - all the people treated us with such respect, even taking care in cleaning their shoes before entering the house;
Excellent craftmanship - every person/team is a specialist in their respective areas (building, plastering, tiling, painting).
Attention to detail - grout lines lining up in different areas, tiles cut so that the left & right on a wall looks the same, finishing off.
They even cleaned the area at the end of the day where they worked!
Jacques & Wiehann gave advice when I wasn't sure about something.
And their quote was by far the best price wise compared to others.
If I could give 10 stars on Google review, I would!
J&A Bouers is the best !! I would recommend them for anyone that want anything done both inside & outside of their homes.
Thanks Jacques, Wiehann & your teams for my amazing bathroom!
