From one room to the whole house

Some jobs are a single room, like replacing water-damaged ceilings with new insulation, PVC ceilings and cornices. Others are full restorations, where we strip a house back, change the layout, make new openings and finish it with new kitchens, floors and balustrades.

After a thorough site visit we give you a detailed written quotation, recommend the right architect or draftsman if plans are needed, and agree the scope and finishes with you up front, so the work runs to plan and the result matches what you had in mind.

    Site Visit

    We aim to visit within 48 hours to look at your plot or existing home, take measurements and agree exactly what you want done.

    Detailed Written Quotation

    You receive a clear, written quotation, usually within 3 to 5 working days, or 5 to 7 for new homes and larger restorations. Once you accept and sign it, we schedule your start date.

    Plans and Approvals

    Need plans? We work closely with trusted architects and draftsmen and will recommend the right one for your project. Already have approved plans? We build from them.

  5. 5

    Managed on Site, Every Day

    Jacques or Wiehann is on site daily, with a team of specialist tradespeople, some of whom have worked with us for 15 years. The site is secured and tidied at the end of every day, and you receive regular WhatsApp photo and video updates.

  6. 6

    Clean Handover

    We finish with a professional deep clean inside and out, and electrical and plumbing work comes with the required certificates of compliance.
