How a new build works with us
We start with your plans and your site. We work alongside your architect or draftsman and engineer, enrol the home with the NHBRC and manage the build from earthworks and foundations through to roof, plaster, finishes and handover. You deal with us directly throughout, and Jacques or Wiehann is on site every day to keep quality and progress on track.
Built for the Garden Route
Many plots around Mossel Bay are steep or close to the sea. We regularly build on sloping sites with retaining walls, suspended slabs and upper-floor living areas to make the most of the views, and we choose finishes that stand up to coastal weather.
